Elements Leadership Conference is a weekend retreat at Sunnyside Christian Retreat Centre for youth group leaders and their teams.

This event is designed to equip, invigorate, and build up youth leadership teams for more fruitful ministry.

A FEW THINGS BEFORE YOU START

  • We recommend using a desktop computer for the best registration experience.
  • Regular registration is $49/Person from October 1 - December 15, after which late registration will be in effect at $60/Person. Subject to availability.
  • Registration Deadline: The final registration deadline is Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

CHILDCARE INFORMATION

We do provide childcare for all children ages 0 - 6. We ask that if you do require childcare that you let us know the ages of the children that you will be bringing.

Details:

  • Sessions for childcare are scheduled during each of the services and breakouts from 1:15 pm - 3:30 pm on Saturday in the afternoon. Please be sure to drop off children no earlier than 5 minutes before the sessions and workshops and to pick them up quickly when the session ends.
  • We do not provide items such as: diapers, wipes, snacks or toys.
  • Please note that all children will require waivers.  Waivers will be available on site for signing

PRIVATE ROOM

Each group is able to book 1 Private Room (Double Occupancy only, Queen bed with a shared bathroom). Please indicate if you would like to book a private room for your group.

FINAL DETAILS

Please note that Sunnyside Christian Retreat Centre is not able to provide accommodations for dietary restrictions.  If any of your group have any food allergies or restrictions, please plan accordingly.

REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable between groups. They are also non-transferable between gender tickets in your order.

HEALTH & SAFETY Attendees are asked to not attend the event if they are showing signs or symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.

RELEASE By registering for this event, you acknowledge that the ABNWT PAOC District may use photo and/or video footage of you taken at this conference in future promotional materials.

CONSENT By registering for the conference, you understand that the PAOC ABNWT District may decide to list your name and church at the conference for networking purposes. The PAOC ABNWT District also may use SMS text message to send correspondence during the conference.
