  • For the best experience, use a desktop computer to register.
  • Have a form of credit card payment readily available to complete the registration.
  • All attendees must be registered, including spouses. Children will need to be registered as an add-on to one of their parent's registration.
  • Hotel accommodations will need to be booked separately.
  • Earlybird deadline is Tuesday, Jan 3. After this date, registration will increase by $30.
  • Registration deadline is Monday, Jan 30. After this date, we will be unable to accept registrations.
  • We will no longer be offering onsite registration.

MORNING SESSIONS

For the main sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, we will break into different groups for collaborative discussion and group learning. To help us plan meeting room sizes, please indicate the sessions that you'd like to attend:

CHILDREN'S PROGRAM

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • All family members at the event, including children (ages 2 - Grade 12) and spouses, must be pre-registered for the event. Children (ages 2 – Grade 12) can be registered using the form below. Babies (ages 0-1) do not need to be pre-registered for the event.
  • Spouses will need to be registered separately. Registration of children needs only to be done once per family.
  • If your child is graduated from high school and will be attending Ministers Gathering with you, they need to register separately as an adult using the Regular Rate registration type.
  • There will be no onsite registration. Attendees are responsible to ensure all family members in attendance are pre-registered.
