Terms and Conditions for ABNWT Conference Registration
By registering for the ABNWT Conference, you ("Registrant") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your registration.
1. Event Details
The ABNWT Conference is scheduled to take place on April 10 & 11, 2026, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The event is organized by the ABNWT PAOC District.
2. Registration
Registration for the event is processed through our online registration system, Regfox. By completing your registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to ensure a smooth event experience.
3. Fees and Payment
• Registration Fees: Registrants must pay the applicable registration fees at the time of registration. Fees vary depending on your registration category (e.g., General, Student, Volunteer, etc.). The current fees can be found on the event registration page.
• Payment: Payment for registration can be made using the available payment methods via Regfox (e.g., credit card).
4. Refund Policy
• Full Refund: Registrants may request a full refund of registration fees if the cancellation request is received by March 27, 2026.
• Admin Fee: Refund requests received after March 27, 2025, but before April 2, 2026, will incur a $10 administrative fee.
• Non-Refundable After April 2, 2026: After April 2, 2026, registration fees are non-refundable, but registrations are transferable. Transfers may be made to another individual, subject to approval.

5. Ticket Resale
Registrants agree that tickets for the event cannot be resold for a profit or transferred to a third party without the express written consent of ABNWT. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in the cancellation of the registration without refund.
6. Health and Safety
To ensure the health and safety of all participants, attendees are requested not to attend the event if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, including but not limited to:
• Cough
• Fever
• Shortness of breath
• Runny nose
• Sore throat
• Loss of taste or smell
Attendees who appear symptomatic upon arrival will be asked to leave the event for the safety of others.
7. Data Privacy and Usage
By registering for the event, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information, including but not limited to:
• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Children's names and ages (if applicable)
• Credit card information for payment processing
• Event photos taken during the conference
This information will be used for event registration, communications, and marketing purposes. Personal data may also be shared with event volunteers and partner organizations involved in the event. By providing your information, you consent to its use for these purposes.
8. Photo and Video Release
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree that the ABNWT PAOC District may use any photo and/or video footage taken of you during the conference in future promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed publications. If you prefer not to have your image used, please contact

9. Solicitation
As an attendee of the ABNWT Conference, you agree not to solicit or distribute any promotional materials, products, or services without prior written consent from ABNWT PAOC District staff. 10. Consent for Networking and Communication
By registering for this event, you consent to the following:
• Your name and church affiliation may be included in attendee lists for networking purposes.
• The PAOC ABNWT District may send you SMS text messages with event-related information during the conference.

11. Liability Disclaimer
By registering for the ABNWT Conference, you agree that the ABNWT PAOC District and its affiliates, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and contractors will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during or in connection with the event. You attend the event at your own risk.
12. Force Majeure
ABNWT PAOC District will not be held responsible for failure to hold the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Modifications to Terms
ABNWT PAOC District reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registrants via email or posted on the event website.
PAYMENT TERMS All prices are in Canadian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
